To keep up to date while not at a computer you can use your mobile phone so long as it's WAP-enabled. Simply visit http://www.matchdayupdates.com/mobile/club, substituting club for your team's code, eg dorking or afcw. Unfortunately you can't (yet?) get the 'around the grounds' news on your phone, but I might sort that out one day if you're lucky.
